Proceed as follows to order an item from our online shop:

When you have found the item you want, select the size you want and put it in your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to shopping cart". All items you have selected will be saved in the shopping cart until the order is completed. If you want to complete your order, go to your shopping cart and click on "Checkout". Now follow the system instructions, which will guide you step by step through our ordering and payment process. After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail, in which the products you have selected again are listed.

After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email listing the items you have selected.

Unfortunately, you cannot add more items after completing an order. If you want to order more items, simply place a new order.

To cancel, you can email us at order@elevateclo.com with your order number and reason for cancellation, and we'll take care of your cancellation and refund as soon as possible as long as the order hasn't been processed.

If the item you want is sold out, you have the option of entering your email address/mobile phone number using the "Notify me when this product is back in stock" button. This way you can put your email address on the waiting list for this item. If the item is available in your size, you will receive an automatic email notification.

If the goods you have ordered are not available or your credit and identity checks have resulted in a negative result, this may result in the cancellation or non-acceptance of your order. For more information please email us at order@elevateclo.com .

An exchange is only possible if the article is available.

We have a returns portal on our website that you can use to create a returns slip. Simply enter your order number and your e-mail address and follow the further steps of the portal.

ELEVATE returns portal: https://elevateclo.returnsportal.online/ As soon as we receive the return, we will check everything and, if available, send you a new item. If the item is not available, we will unfortunately have to refund the item to you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Basically we deliver worldwide. ELEVATE is a global company. As such, it complies with all laws that apply to our businesses and employees worldwide, including the Commercial Actions Act. With regard to the different sections of the EU, UK and US and other countries there may be legal boundaries which we will comply with.

We ship from Germany, which means that all countries within the EU do not have to pay any customs. Customers outside the EU must pay customs duties according to their country regulations. Unfortunately we cannot accept these.

The shipping time of the goods within Germany is usually around 10 working days.

Return & Cancellation

We have a returns portal on our website that you can use to create a returns slip. Unfortunately, we can only issue a return slip for returns within Germany. Simply enter your order number and your e-mail address and follow the further steps of the portal. You will find your order number in your order confirmation and begins with EB......S.

In the case of a return outside of Germany, we do not assume any costs and the shipping label must be purchased in a parcel shop after registering in the portal.

You have 14 days from the arrival of the goods to return your package.

We will cover the return shipping costs if we have accidentally delivered the wrong product or a damaged product. To do this, you must use the returns label we provide when you return the products. Otherwise we will not bear the costs.
